Christmas Craft and Bake Sale
Saturday, December 7th, from 10 to 1
We are hoping you can donate any of the following for our volunteers to sell to our customers…
~ home baking such as cookies, Christmas cakes, pies, granola, tarts, preserves, etc.
~ frozen meals (eg. mac and cheese, Shepherd’s pie, soup, etc)
~ house plants
~ Christmas treasures (eg. gently used xmas decorations, xmas gift bags, gift boxes, etc)
~ hand crafted items
Also featured this year at our annual ACW fundraiser…
~ a raffle of a beautiful hand quilted centrepiece
~ 50/50 tickets
~ Stan Bain’s stunning photos – By donation only!!

Set-up Timing for Christmas Sale helpers;
Wednesday, Dec. 4th from 10am – 12pm: Tablecloths set up
~ Drop off hand-crafted items, Christmas treasures, plants
~ Drop off any frozen food for the church freezer
Friday, Dec. 6th from 10am – 12pm: Cookie plates prepared
~ Drop off cookies
~ Drop off any frozen food for church freezer
Saturday, Dec. 7th by 9am (if possible): Drop off all other baking
